Whether visiting on your own or with friends, Framptons is the perfect place to enjoy quality food and drink in a relaxing atmosphere. We hope you enjoy your visit.
Framptons works closely with local artisan suppliers to find the highest quality fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Framptons aims to be a social hub for the community as well as offering the perfect place for that special occasion.
Tea & Coffee
We’ve carefully selected our coffee roasters to provide the highest quality blend and we offer a range of loose leaf teas.
Breakfast and lunch is seasonal and our evening menu changes frequently depending on what great produce the chefs source locally.
Great wines and cocktails, quality lagers and local ales are all on offer at Framptons.
I served in The Parachute Regiment alongside Tom and Ed. We all left at a similar time and having all worked together on operations where we forged a strong working relationship, moving in to business together was a natural transition from the Army. Our mutual interest in food, drink, music and people attracted us towards the casual dining industry. So, we took on a cafe bar in Hampshire, added a little military efficiency and energy and it worked. So much so, we thought we’d open another: Framptons Tunbridge Wells.
After training in restaurants across the New Forest, I used my trade to fund my way through university in Bath. I worked at the Bathwick Boatman Restaurant under Head Chef Ben Hall whose passion for food and the industry was contagious. It was here that I found the inspiration to progress to the position of Head Chef at Framptons Tunbridge Wells. I’m excited by the opportunity we’ve got to showcase the great local produce Kent has to offer and to deliver a unique and contemporary casual dining experience to The Pantiles.
