Framptons works closely with local artisan suppliers to find the highest quality fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Framptons aims to be a social hub for the community as well as offering the perfect place for that special occasion.
Tea & Coffee
We’ve carefully selected our coffee roasters to provide the highest quality blend and we offer a range of loose leaf teas.
Breakfast and lunch is seasonal and our evening menu changes frequently depending on what great produce the chefs source locally.
Great wines and cocktails, quality lagers and local ales are all on offer at Framptons.
Born and bred in Tunbridge wells Antony later studied at Bedfordshire Univeristy achieving a degree in Sport Business Management. After spending some time in Canada and Greece he then spent three years running gastro pubs across the south east. A further 8 years opening and operating casual dining restaurants he is now back in his home town and leading a great team at Framptons.
After training in restaurants across the New Forest, I used my trade to fund my way through university in Bath. I worked at the Bathwick Boatman Restaurant under Head Chef Ben Hall whose passion for food and the industry was contagious. It was here that I found the inspiration to progress to the position of Head Chef at Framptons Tunbridge Wells. I’m excited by the opportunity we’ve got to showcase the great local produce Kent has to offer and to deliver a unique and contemporary casual dining experience to The Pantiles.
